Each month, staff members at Moberly School District nominate their peers who go above and beyond their job descriptions to help students and other staff members. This month, our team nominated Mrs. Sara McDowell, Elementary Instructional Coach.
Here's what Mrs. McDowell's colleagues had to say about her..."It is very clear that Mrs. McDowell's objective as a coach is for me to perform my best and to give every student every opportunity to learn at maximum capacity. Not only is she a great organizer of lesson plans, lesson objectives, students, and time, she has shown me a great many time savers. She is always willing to help with ANYTHING! Her selflessness and willingness to set goals and carry everyone forward with her is refreshing and nothing short of being spectacular. The district is lucky to have a Math Coach like Mrs. Sara McDowell!
